POSITION SUMMARY
This job position provides administrative and technical support to the Warehouse by performing a variety of routine and specialized functions to manage all spare parts from each department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Support managing of spare parts, consumables & materials for overhaul and routine maintenance, and all items from each department.
Receive and withdraw spare parts in the warehouse.
Inventory check following VAPCO procedures.
Supporting updating spare parts related information to the CMMS.
Supporting monitor of stock quantity and report to related department if shortage happen.
Maintain clean condition of warehouse.
Support creating and revising procedures related warehouse manage.
Maintain folk lift as good condition.
Any works related warehouse.
Support other department if necessary.
Other task that the manager may assign.
