Perform following Goods Receiving Procedure
Check all incoming goods paperwork against company regulations.
Receive shipping documents, requests, and transfer them to the appropriate departments (Purchasing or Finance).
Place items in designated areas following the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle. Adhere to all safety guidelines.
Inform relevant teams of any issues during the receiving process.
Perform following Goods Delivering Procedure
Organize materials according to the Kanban system and make them ready for delivery.
Generate and review transaction records, ensuring correct item codes and quantities.
Notify purchasing and production teams when materials are out of stock.
Perform the counting following available procedure
Participate in stock counting following the schedule; Internal audit, customers [protected info] related to warehouse functions.
Investigating reasons, provide solutions in cases difference from system and actual.
Other tasks
Ensure accurate inventory management.
Implement and maintain 5S practices & participate in continuous. improvement projects.
Optimize warehouse layout and operations.
Lead and motivate the team.
Generate timely and accurate reports on warehouse activities.
