ABOUT THE JOB:
The roles and responsibilities of the Warehouse Executive include but are not limited to:
1. Warehouse Operations
• Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations.
• Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Check the quantity and other specifications of the received goods compare to the PL or delivery note.
• Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are noticed to Logistics Department.
• Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies.
• Coordinate with Sales to keep track of the good status and issue correct goods and quantity to store without any delay.
• Plan manpower and space to receive goods before any upcoming shipments.
• Ensures that products delivered are stored in an organized manner, so that its quality is maintained and accessibility is achieved.
• Analyze inventory status, find the root cause and make solutions to achieve effective inventory (DSI - Days of Sales in Inventory).
• Monthly inventory planning and management reporting submitted.
• Administrative support: Handle small purchasing for the warehouse (stationery, printing, ....).
• Settle payment for all administrative work and back-up tasks when assigned.
2. Personal development:

• Continuously improve knowledge about Watches, Automotives, Fashion, Jewelry and other lifestyle aspects.
3. Team-effort duties:
• Maintain open, professional and ongoing communications with management and colleagues.

• Participate in the training of new colleagues (product knowledge, procedures, company policies, etc.)
