KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Order management:
- Receive Orders from the Sales team and then submit DO(s) to Warehouse.
- Closely follow up on Orders to ensure all of them will be delivered to customers timely without any delays.
- Confer with parties involved (Warehouse/ Transportation services, etc,...) with any issues of orders incurred.
- Track the sample/consignment orders and ensure those orders have to returned fully
2. Warehouse:
- Daily update, follow up, check inbound/outbound process to the warehouse report/system.
- Visit and Stocktake goods at the warehouse quarterly and annually
- Implement weekly and monthly reports assigned by Superior.
- Closely go along with Superior to identify the bottlenecks; analyze and improve the procedures in efficiency specially costs, and productivity of forwarders/shipping agencies/ customs brokers.
- Other tasks will be assigned if any.
3. Logistics
- Complete EC/WS shipments by processing and loading orders to ensure
- Delivery of orders to Customers on time.
- Process outbound shipment on Odoo system: input new delivery order, process return order, validate order after shipping out, follow delivery process until it is done, collect delivery proof, coordinate with driver to solve problem incurred case by case...
- Cross-check inventory data between the Odoo system and Warehouse portal, and reconcile data with the transportation vendor.
