Warehouse Executive

Operations & Delivery Management:

• Manage daily warehouse and delivery operations, including loading 1-6+ trucks per day to meet shipment targets.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely truck arrangement and smooth delivery processes.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Logistics, and other teams to ensure documents (PKL, shipping papers) are prepared on time.
• Coordinate activities between warehouses (Main DS Warehouse and Chu Lai/Panko) to ensure efficient movement of goods and staff.

Inventory & Data Management:

• Update and manage inventory data in the ERP/ Warehouse management system.
• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and support cycle counts or full inventory checks.
• Ensure inventory data is accurate and matches physical stock.
• Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on inventory and operations.

Team Management:

• Lead and support warehouse workers team.
• Plan manpower, assign tasks, and manage workforce during peak periods.
• Monitor team performance, arrange staff between locations, and track bonus eligibility.
• Maintain documents (POs, delivery notes, vendor records) and handle basic admin tasks (emails, calls).
• Implement 5s & safety at workplace.
