Warehouse (Inventory) Officer/ Warehouse Leader

* Inventory Officer is responsible to:
· Track, update and prepare weekly EPC handover progress and NSRP PO delivery progress report
· Update EPC handover outstanding reports
· Keep track of OSD goods and prepare related reports
· Raise Purchase Requisitions to CMMS system
· Prepare and control inventory counting plan including cycle counting and ticket counting. Timely report any discrepancy to leaders and update the status on system.
· Perform counting as assigned ticket
· Establish Inventory counting methods (cycle count, blind count, zero check, etc.,)
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory movement report and monthly inventory balance report
Analysis MRO inventory data to maintain & improve inventory accuracy
Prepare Material issue slip, Material return slip, Material transfer slip for daily warehouse activities.
Be responsible for Cleansing data and improving data & CMMS Maximo
· Prepare purchase order, purchase request and Master data upload to Maximo system
· Perform CMMS transactions
· Coordinate with Accounting team for issues related to inventory movement and provide supporting documents if needed
· Record materials in-out transactions & control relevant documentations
· Manage warehouse documents (PO, PR, Certificates, Warranty, MSDS, Reports, MRO request, MRO issue reports & other)
· Plan, prepare and coordinate to receiving, issuing spare parts, checking and storage of items in a timely and efficient manner
· Make label, preservation card, reserve Bin Location for first arrival materials, update MAXIMO accordingly
· Track transportation including: handling and storage equipment, PTW, transport schedule plan and recording, etc.
· Plan for daily, monthly, quarterly warehouse activities to achieve goal and deadline
· Perform other tasks as assigned by Team Leader, Manager.
* Warehouse Leader is responsible to assist Senior Warehouse Leader in the following tasks:
- Maintain Inventory Management system to manage spare parts, materials, consumable, equipment, tools, chemical, catalyst for the whole refinery & petrochemical complex
- Approximately 50,000 to 80,000 items
- Inventory value more than US$150 million
- Operate & maintain warehouses & storage facilities and equipment & tools supporting for all activities relating to warehouse operations
- Plan all requirements for receiving cargoes/shipments including lifting plan & risk assessment (oversize, overweight shipment, dangerous goods)
- Control the weekly inventory count and reconciliation process including preparation of weekly and monthly inventory reports and maintenance of hard copy files
- Execute & maintain a planning system in order to manage all the activities at warehouse section.
- Execute & maintain a reporting system in order to update all key data & activity at warehouse section.
- Implement KPIs to ensure international practice will be applied at inventory management & warehouse operation.
- Implement a system to manage all spare parts & materials & tools & consumable data to ensure all master data will be well managed at the company ERP system.
- Ensure the processes of creating, modifying & deleting MRO inventory in MAXIMO system are well managed & recorded.
- Ensure the processes of receiving, issuing, returning, transferring MRO inventory in MAXIMO system are well managed.
- Perform MAXIMO MRO data analysis & propose solution to continues improvement of MRO inventory management.
- Work with all other section, division, department to ensure coordination works will be perform smoothly. - Work with all internal & external auditors.
- Understand Taxes exemption for spare parts & equipment & materials to provide best benefits to company.
- Ensure that warehouse operations are aligned with internal customer, requirements.
- Ensure key controls are appropriately implemented to address risk
- Manage contractors and evaluate their performance.
- Assist superiors to develop and implement budgeting plan for the section.
- Assist Warehouse Manager to recruit, coach, train & develop the team and manage contractors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Warehouse Leader and/or other
* Inventory officer:
• University Graduated
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in international companies
• Bachelor Degree in General Accounting, Logistics or Economics
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management or material control process
• Understanding about Spare Parts Data Management and CMMS System
• Knowledge of Document Control Process
• Data management and reporting ability.
• Good analytical and critical thinking
• Good Reporting skill - Good communication skill and time management skill
• Good command of English language in both writing and speaking
• Able to work well in a team especially in multi-culture team as well as independently
• Competent with Microsoft office application: word, excel, PowerPoint
• High responsibility in works and work under high pressure
* Warehouse Leader:
- University Graduated
- Min 08 - 10 years' experience in warehousing & inventory management of petroleum / petrochemical plant or equivalent A bachelor's degree in petrochemical, mechanical, electrical, instrument, supply chain, logistic or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with supervisors, leaders, managers, management.
- Able to develop & implement all warehouse procedures/policies
- International supply chain knowledge (procurement, logistic, warehousing)
- Goods inspection skillful especially spare parts & chemical for Oil & Gas industry
- Spare parts & chemical quality control experiences & skills
- Spare parts data management skillful - Time management skills
- Warehouse operation management skillful
- Spare Parts (Maintain, Repair & Operate Materials) Inventory Management skills
- Self-motivated and works well in an international multi culture team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal skills. Proficient in basic math skills.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets as well as having experience using an email system and making searches on the Internet.
- Experience with MS Office Professional is a plus (MS Power Point; Visio)
- Good written and oral communication skills are essential.
