Key Responsibilities:
- Import and export goods in the warehouse according to orders from the bank and departments by company regulations.
- Arrange and preserve goods in the warehouse according to 5S and manufacturer regulations, avoiding spillage and damage.
- Monitor and manage POP goods in the warehouse, ensuring accurate import, export, and inventory numbers.
- Ensure inventory always meets minimum standards and monitor inventory daily.
- Make a plan to import goods and send them to the marketing/purchasing department, and at the same time monitor and urge the department.
- Comply with regulations on fire prevention fighting and safety in the warehouse.
- Other tasks requested by the SCM Section Manager.
Professional Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- Must have at least one year of experience as a Warehouse Keeper.
- Experience managing imported and exported goods inventory and arranging scientific warehouses according to 5S standards.
- Competent in using Word, ExcelKey Experiences:
- Proven track record of working under pressure/to tight deadlines.
- Experience in working with relevant stakeholders
- Good communication skills.
- Eye for Details
- Fluent English.
