Mô tả công việc

Purpose of the position
• Warehouse Manager have responsible to manage warehouse operations to fulfill the service level agreement (SLA) with customer
• Control manpower utilities and the cost of OT/ Compensation/ Operations within the targeted budget
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage warehouse operations including procedure and human resources to meet SLA
• Ensure all Safety and Security requirements in site are complied
• Provide data for all warehouse productivity and capacity
• Communicate and settle with customer on operational issues and initiatives
• Comply with labor codes and requirements of government, company and customers
• Control the inventory accuracy of all warehouse
• Workload planning and productivity improvement, team & skill development
• Lead and initiate projects to maximize the resources on-hand, manage costs and provide better value-added services for the customer
• Meet the KPI target and provide ideas for Continuous Improvement of layout, process, systems and innovation
• Build up and implement a sustainable training plan for the team to meet the professional skill requirements
• Fulfill reporting requirements as required by management and customers

Yêu cầu

Experience and Qualifications
• University Degree
• Proficient in English
• Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge in WMS system
• Logistics and warehouse management for at least 7 years
• Substantial knowledge on operations and people management experience from a big multinational company preferably
Required Skills
• Good customer oriented with excellent service etiquette
• Good analytical skills and be solution provider
• Effective skills in using resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline
• Proactive attitude in solving issues
