Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead sizable warehouse on daily warehouse operations, including materials, semi-finished & finished goods.
- Set up warehouse management systems (WMS), monitor in/out stock turnover & inventory level.
- Keep updates on in/out stock records, and ensure all records are accurate & up-to-date.
- Prepare regular reports, and provide reviews to management.
- Formulate warehouse polices, rules & regulations, standard operating procedures (SOP), and performance objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations & work schedules.
- Coach warehouse staff & assess their performance.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Degree in warehouse/logistics management or equivalent study.
- About 5 experience in managerial level of labour intensive factories, preferably in garment, shoes, handbags or fashion related factories.
- Able to establish and analyze data in reports effectively.
- Good written and spoken English language skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, e.g. vlookup, pivot table.
- Strong supervision, execution & communication skills,
- Discipline, proactive, team player.
