Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Garment, $1200, ID17545)
Understand customer needs to develop effective quality control processes.
Establish and review product/process specifications and SOPs.
Set quality requirements for raw materials and suppliers.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient procedures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Coordinate with the QC team to implement new quality systems.
Oversee product development to detect deviations from standards.
Inspect final output, approve quality products, and reject defects.
Maintain documentation and conduct statistical quality analysis.
Gather customer feedback and investigate complaints.
Submit reports to senior management and monitor team performance.
Conduct quality training and maintain an MIS for quality tracking.
Participate in quality meetings and grievance discussions.
Review reports and conduct vendor audits.
Follow up on mill compliance and prepare quality issue summaries.
Perform cost of quality analysis.
Requirement
Male/ Female, under 50 years old
Graduated from University
10 years of experience as QA Manager for a garment manufacturing company, strong in FOB goods
Good at English
The company is using SAP software
