We are looking forward a Warehouse
Customer Service Staff to join our Contract Logistics team at GEODIS Warehouse, ICD Tan Cang, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai. This position is the control tower between the customer and warehouse operations ground staff:
• Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking the quality and the quantity of the shipping and the receiving.
• Process customer inbound and outbound orders by WMS.
• Support the move of materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
• Documentation preparation, control, filing and distribution of all related operational documents.
• The key contact point and be contactable contact point to the customer answering all queries and necessary communications flow.
• Sending necessary reports of Geodis or Client requested reports.
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for staff and customer traffic.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
