ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle incoming and dispatching goods including inspection, picking, packing, sorting, physical
stock taking, labelling, reporting and other adhoc matters related to warehousing and distribution.
• Arrange local deliveries with transporter to customers and sample deliveries.
• To keep and maintain the storage area in the office clean, tidy and safe at all the time.
• Physical Stock counts + Reconcile.
• Provide inactive, expiring stock report.
• Work with outsource warehouse for dispatching goods to customers.
• Assist Team Head for disposal of non-conforming goods.
• Manage sample inventories, sample log.
• In charge of Warehouse IN/OUT Vouchers.
• In charge of documents for borrow/ lending cargo.
• Printing, scanning and deliver shipping documents to Finance /
Sales Manager for authentication
of the documents then deliver to the documents to customers for collection of payment.
• Assist Customer Services to upload documents in customer's portal if it is required.
• Create Goods Receipt, Delivery Note, Sales Invoice in ERP system.
• Administrative work.
• At least 1-year relevant experience.
• English skills: Basis/A level. Understand the shipping documents from overseas or internal documents in English. - Preferred.
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, well-organized, hardworking, careful, detail oriented.
