Warehouse Supervisor - [Bàu Xéo, Trảng Bom] - Không xe đưa rước

- Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
- Audit and report inventory levels, recommending restocking and ordering as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory management practices, including regular stock counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring the safe and effective use of equipment.
- Ensure a high level of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and best practices to optimize space utilization and productivity.
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, production, and distribution, to ensure seamless operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving logs, inventory reports, and employee performance metrics.
- Manage the maintenance and organization of warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations, providing timely resolutions.
- Can work 3 shifts and overtime.
- Other task assigned by Line Manager.
