Mô tả công việc

• A "Supervisor" monitors aspects of products' quality/capacity/correct SKU to the quantity of FOC/POSM based on company promotion campaigns that are ready to be shipped to the customers. Manage goods by location, batch number, etc.
• Sort out the items that fail to meet the quality standards and enhance the process to reduce the chances of delivery failure.
• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped both on quality and quantity.
• Take a thorough look at the shipper route, ready stocks, and documents to make sure stocks out tally with documents.
• Reject all the stocks out which fail to meet quality expectations (dirty, broken stamp/labels) or missing stocks/FOC/POSM/wrong products capacity... and inform the issue to Warehouse keeper/ Dispatcher.
• Recheck quality-related issues adhering to deadlines/expiry date stocks.
• Notice Warehouse keeper and Dispatcher about their teamwork efficiency and providing training to the warehouse team along with Warehouse keeper and dispatcher for improving.
• Prepare documentation of the checking process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
• Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure Supervisor standards are met.
• Guide the Warehouse association team about the Supervisor issues to enhance the quality of the product.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor the start/end time of shipper route.

Yêu cầu

• Communication: Possesses proficient written and verbal communication skills. At times, they may have to write protocols to the concerned department.
• Organizational skills: Should possess strong organizational skills to perform product reviews and inspections.
• Physical strength: Must be capable enough to stand for a longer duration. They must be able to lift heavy and different types of stocks/POSM for inspection purposes.
• Technical skills: Should possess strong knowledge of the type of Liquors/Baby foods/POSM and computer programs used to adhere to the safety guidelines of the company. Also, must know technical documents (import declare documents...) manuals of POSM... so as to ensure products meet the quality standards for each order; 5S skills of warehouse operation; allocating general goods warehouse, warehouse layout; MS office; GG's drive
• Training skills: May need to train their employees for some specific processes and procedures. They must be capable enough to train the employees and consults Warehouse keeper/ Dispatcher regarding how to prevent flaws and work towards a smoother workflow.
• Attention to detail: Should be vigilant enough to identify the variances in products to meet the specific standards. They must be aware of changes made to the processes and functions. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead a team, communicate with integrity to different stakeholders.
