Warehouse Supervisor New Job ASM 2

1. Monitor and coordinate inbound /outbound goods and storage in the warehouse. Detect arising problems affecting storage, quality, security and safety of the Warehouse. Supervise and ensure labor safety and fire prevention principles according to regulations.
2. Arrange goods usually outbound goods in the outside area, separate bulky and retail goods in different areas to optimize storage space.
3. Regularly check and monitor temperature, humidity and hygiene in the warehouse. Check the accuracy of the storage location to ensure that goods are stored in the correct place. Arrange goods safely, save space.
4. Establish procedures and work instructions. Train and guide workers to ensure workers always comply with set regulations.
5. Supervise and assign work to warehouse staff in daily operations. Manage and coordinate human resources in accordance with requirements and workload from time to time. Plan to train new employees, and retrain when there are changes or updates.
6. Support management to respond to requests from customers and inspection agencies. Provide evidence to prove that the warehouse always ensures to work according to the established instructions when there is a complaint.
7. Arrange and coordinate workers to support the monthly inventory team. Organize inventory for warehouse workers when detecting errors during work.
8. Support other Departments in the factory with arising tasks related to Warehouse and production activities.
9. Support other departments when requested by manager.
