Job Description:Develop and optimize departmental policies, work standards for various processes, and workflows.Create and update the departmental organizational chart.Oversee and manage departmental operations.Develop performance evaluation criteria for the department.Supervise and guide management activities.Cultivate and train management staff.Continuously learn and enhance personal work and management skills.Participate in warehouse cost planning.Control personnel costs within the department.Contribute to the company's development planning.Build and foster team culture.Communicate and coordinate with external departments.Comply with superior management instructions.

Experience Requirement: Over 3 years of experience in the same role, with management experience overseeing a team of more than 10 people.Knowledge. Skill Requirement:Proficient in using basic office software and familiar with ERP systems.Personal Quality Requirement:Possess strong professional ethics, adhering to warehouse principles and standards.Demonstrate good team awareness, with the ability to organize and drive work effectively.Have substantial practical management experience and capabilities.Exhibit strong learning abilities and skills in staff development.Possess a positive thinking mindset and strong communication skills.
