ROLE SUMMARY
The Warehouse Supervisor (Hanoi) is responsible for all warehouse operations in the Northern region.
This role includes:
- receiving stock transferred from HCMC
- storing and organising inventory
- picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- maintaining accurate stock records
- ensuring the warehouse remains clean, structured, disciplined, and audit-ready
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- All stock from HCMC received accurately with zero losses.
- Hanoi warehouse remains clean, organised, and professional.
- Orders picked and dispatched accurately and on time.
- AMIS/MISA stock closely matches physical stock.
- Smooth coordination with HCMC warehouse.
- Clear, proactive communication
Yêu cầu
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of FIFO, stock control, and warehouse workflows.
- Familiar with AMIS/MISA or similar systems.
- High attention to detail and discipline.
- Able to work independently and lead a small team
Requirements
- Male
- Graduation: Priority will be given to candidates with experience in warehouse management
- Proficient in office computer skills: Word, Excel
- Priority will be given to candidates who can speak English. Be able to solve arising problems, honest, agile, enthusiastic, responsible, Good communication, able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Misa preferred
Remuneration and Terms

- Holiday: 1 time/year
- Work time: From Monday to Friday (8.00 to 17.00)
- Commencement date to be negotiated, with immediate start preferred
