Warranty Admin

*** Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Compile and ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis.
• Ensure any campaigns and recalls are tracked and cleared for commencement with relevant authorities.
• Track all claims and credits and ensure all payments are reconciled with finance.
• Ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times with an ongoing full understanding of the
warranty policy for each brand.
• Arranging for requested parts to be couriered to the factory.
• Keep track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number, date of replacement and date on
which part may be disposed.
• Reject unsatisfactory claims and track error rate with a warranty meeting held monthly to highlight areas
for improvement.
• Prepare for warranty audits per manufacturers schedule and implement any action points.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
