WE ARE HIRING - SOURCING SPECIALIST

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will:

✔ Identify and evaluate new suppliers, vendors, and services locally and globally
✔ Conduct market research and explore sourcing channels to build a strong supplier network
✔ Manage RFQ/RFP processes and negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements
✔ Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Finance, and related departments to understand sourcing needs
✔ Build long-term relationships with suppliers and ensure stable supply performance
✔ Maintain supplier databases and procurement records accurately
✔ Analyze supply chain risks and propose improvement or mitigation solutions
✔ Support purchasing activities and other assignments from management
