Team Leader (TL): Manages the schedule of development (including tester). Ensure the quality, schedule (coding & test), communication window to Japan team, risk management, write specs or other docs, analysis issues and think about possible ways to improve the quality.
OR
Development Leader (DL) : Manages the schedule and quality of coding, discuss with developers to determine the solutions/UI for every feature, coding-review, research, coding of core structure. Sometimes if TL is busy or out of office, DL is a communication window to Japan team.
