Web Developer HTML5, CSS, JavaScript

In direct contact with the marketing team, the junior web developer will be responsible for ensuring website performance for a range of clients.

• Assisting with all aspects of website and application design: plan/scope/test/implement/close and maintenance of backend and front-end applications. Brainstorm and Implement new web features.
• Develop tools for test-automation.
• Content Integration: integrate content while focussing on responsive design (HTML5/CSS/JavaScript)
• Tracking Implementation: use of tag management systems like Google Tag Manager to plan/scope/test/implement tracking on clients' websites and connect with analytics/marketing tools.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and programming trends.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a junior web developer.
• Experience working in one or more of the following languages & systems: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Ruby, Python, PHP.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
• SEO oriented (optional).
• Solid understanding of web design and development principles.
• Good planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Critical-thinking skills.
• Goal-orientated and deadline-driven.
• Good English level and communication skills.
• Working hours: Monday-Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
