The Job
We will entrust you with the application development work of our marketing DX support service such as "AD EBiS" "AdRepo", "New Product", an advertising effectiveness measurement platform with the largest market share in the industry.
In particular:
- You will be mainly in charge of the overall development from requirement definition to release in the project such as new functions and performance improvement.
- You will be engaged in a wide range of development, such as the back-end part for acquiring / analyzing a large amount of measurement data and the front-end part with various functions for marketing business support. increase.
- As a leader, we will manage the tasks of the members as well as team building including member development.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities include (but not limited to):
- Understanding of requirements
- Technical survey of new functions (PoC)
- Application design
- Implementation of application and implementation of UT
- Code review
- Document creation
Your Skills and Experience
Required Technical Skills:
Necessary:
- More than 3 years of development experience in web/frontend development (ReactJS)
- More than 1 years of development experience in web/backend development (Python/Golang)
- Have experience to develop in: REST API, Docker, HTLM5, NodeJS, Java
- More than 3 years of System or Application Design & Analyse
- Database Or Caching Skills (at least 3 years) : such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ
- Experience in Code Design, system structure
- Experience in Unit Test Specification Creation
Plus Point:
- Graduated from IT major is desirable
- Have experience or developed a system on the AWS platform
- Strong knowledge and good experiences in scaling a production system to serve up to thousands of transactions per second (tps)
- Quick catch-up on system structure
- Team work skills, logical explanations and presentations
- Experience in Functional and non-functional requirements definition
- Technical follow-up and training for development members
- Design and promotion of technical training policy together with CTO

Salary
- Salary that can be negotiated based on ability
- 100% salary payment even during the trial period
- Twice a year update salary (April and October)

Training
- In-house training in technology, management, language, and quality control
