Plan and execute data-driven

Optimize SEO, PPC, influencer marketing, and content strategies to increase game adoption
Track and analyze KPIs, including user acquisition costs, engagement rates, and retention metrics
Continuously test and optimize marketing funnels for conversion and monetization
Content & branding
Develop engaging content tailored for the Web3 gaming audience
Work with
designers to create NFT artwork, promotional videos, and interactive content
Establish a strong brand presence and thought leadership within the blockchain gaming ecosystem
Minimum 3 years of experience in gaming marketing, Web3 marketing, or blockchain-related marketing
Use English at a professional level
Experience in launching blockchain games, NFT projects, or DeFi platforms is a plus
Strong understanding of crypto gaming, NFTs, GameFi, and Web3 ecosystems
Proven experience managing Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and other Web3-native platforms
Experience in growth hacking, digital advertising, and influencer partnerships
Proficiency in data analytics
Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, user acquisition strategies, and funnel optimization
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Web3-specific ad networks, and tracking tools
Understanding of Web3 community-driven decision-making
