I. Job Responsibilities

The Web Administrator will maintain web content and design to ensure that the assigned website is functional, accurate, and up to date.

The assigned websites:

Dwarf factory distributor
[protected info]

With duties below:

Manage and update website content (newly launched products/campaigns, hot product catalogs, product prices, product images, company articles,..)
Manage and operate woo commerce; and coordinate with related departments to ensure that all aspects of website project run smoothly
Coordinate with other team members to implement activities: SEO Onpage - SEO Offpage, SEO optimization for categories, products and articles
Monitor web traffic statistics through Google Webmaster, Google Analytics
Responsible for ensuring and optimizing the operation of the Website
Participate in Websites development projects
Manage and operate the email marketing system
Handle other tasks related.

II. Job Requirements

Above 2 years of experience in the similar position
Proficient in programming languages such as HTML5, CSS,..
Experience in working and tracking KPIs of the E-commerce is a plus
Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Google Analytics/ Google Tag ManagerSEMRush is an advantage
Work independently and proactively
Good problem-solving, analyzing, communication skills
Ability to work under high pressure
Good English in speaking and writing is a plus.

III. Job Benefits

Working time: 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri, and 2 Saturdays per month
