I. Work permit, Visa/ Temporary Resident Card (TRC) application for expat teachers
• Conduct WP and visa/ TRC application briefing for potential candidates and new hires.
• Follow up, give instructions, and collect necessary documents from teachers
• Rrovide consultancy and support teachers throughout the process of WP and visa/TRC application
• Prepare necessary documents, submit WP and visa/TRC applications and receive results
• Conduct WP transfer to other cities/ provinces
• File WP and visa/TRC documents
II. Legal compliance in terms of WP and immigration laws: planning and execution
• Execute action plans/ Implement tasks in compliance with the changes of WP and immigration laws
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to minimize legal and operational risks and ensure company compliance
• Maintain strong relations with governmental sectors, partners and agents
• Contribute in resolving WP and visa related issues and conflicts
III. Reports, Inspections & Procedures standardization
• Create reports and submit them to government sectors as required
• Prepare documents for center inspections related to expat teachers
• Contribute in standardizing WP and visa related procedures
IV. On-the-job training for new staff
V. Other tasks as assigned by Senior HRT Manager.
Yêu cầu
SKILLS:
• Demonstrable understanding of WP and immigrations laws and WP and visa application procedures
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Demonstrable capabilities of risk management
REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE:
Nationality: Vietnamese
Education: BSc in Human Resources Management/ English or related fields
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in WP and visa field is a plus
Attitude: enthusiam, high sense of responsibility and customer service, detail-oriented, patience, self-motivation, ability of working under pressure
English proficiency: fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Computer skills: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, emailing, presentation/slideshows
