Reception of guests coming to work at the Office;
Grasp and fully understand information to advise customers on services at co-working space;
Receive all comments from customers, synthesize information to submit to CS/Operation management for consideration and settlement;
Answer the telephone promptly and clearly in a courteous and friendly manner;
Receive customer's application for using co-working space service;
Monitor the usage process, order stationery and other necessities for tenants and operations at co-working space;
Receive, process and report arising issues to manager or relevant departments;
Coordinate with other departments to ensure service quality at co-working space;
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
Graduated from college or higher, preferably in tourism, hotel management or equivalent;
Have more than 6 months experience in similar role is an advantage;
Good appearance, height from 1m60 and up;
Service orientation: Customer service minded;
Proficient in English;
Good communication skills, no lisp or stutter;
Proficient computer skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
