WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME YOUTUBE NETWORK PARTNER MANAGER (Fresher), Remote, 8h/day.
Reporting line: Manager
What you would handle:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Youtube partners
Assist content creators in developing effective growth strategies
Analyze partners' performance metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve content quality, audience targeting, and revenue optimization.
Conduct market research to identify target clients and industry trends
Stay up-to-date with YouTube policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure partners' compliance and maximize visibility and reach.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including input content, marketing, and operation, to align strategies and achieve common objectives.
Who we are looking for:
Excellence in Vietnamese & English.
Fresh graduates have less than 2 years experience as a Partner Manager, Sales Representative, Account or related role in the entertainment/music industry.
Good business sense and deep understanding of sales principles.
Have good connections with music labels, music teams before is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Have a personal laptop & good internet connection at home.
Love music is a plus.
