- Troubleshoot incidents, update information, andrestore/deliver IT service requests within Operational Level Agreements/ServiceLevel Agreements, following ITSM best practices.

- Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing company.
- Track and improve KPIs to achieve production department goals.

- Be able to work with other groups (Engineering, NPD, PMC, Operation Finance and Account Payable) to analyze costing information.
- Assist the Senior Finance Manager and act as a business partner with role focusing on Localization project and other reports from Purchasing Finance team.
- Maintain good relationship with Labour Department, Immigration and other governmental authorities in order to obtain Work Permits for Expatriate Employees particularly and other papers required for employees generally.
- In charge of Visa, Work Permit and Residence Card for all expat.
- At least 7 years in Quality field with minimum 3 years in a supervisor position
