- Experience in the HR field is preferred.
- Lead a team of IT support staffs to provide IT servicesto end-users at TTI's factories in Dau Giay, Dong Nai and other locations whenrequired.
- Troubleshoot incidents, update information, andrestore/deliver IT service requests within Operational Level Agreements/ServiceLevel Agreements, following ITSM best practices.
- Knowledge 5 core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP) and 7 QC tools (4M, checksheet, control plan) and Root cause analysic methods.
- Because of the requirement of working conditions, the local candidates in Long Thanh/Nhon Trach/Flexible will match with us.

- In charge of Visa, Work Permit and Residence Card for all expat.

- Accuracy about all Contract and Reports.
