Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
Gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, product owners and end-users for features related to navigation, real-time tracking, map rendering, trip management, and location-based services
Break down business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear, measurable Acceptance Criteria following Agile/Scrum methodology
