1 IOS Tech Lead and 1 Android Tech Lead

The Mobile Product Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of mobile applications, ensuring that they are of high quality, meet user requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget. This individual will lead a team of mobile developers and collaborate closely with other stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

Job Description

• Lead the development and delivery of mobile applications including IOS and Android platforms.
• Work with product managers to define product requirements and ensure that they are being met by the development team.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure that the mobile applications are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their individual goals and delivering high-quality code.
• Oversees the technical aspects of a software team by making architectural and solution design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, supervising system modifications, supervising the source code review, supervising the unit test implementation, review and validate estimation from development team.
• Work closely with other stakeholders, including backend developers, to ensure that the mobile applications are fully integrated with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the mobile space, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve the development process.
• Ensure the process compliance for development team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Deep understanding and strong technical skills in iOS or Android development. Strong Swift for IOS, strong Kotlin for Android.
• Experience in mobile crash fixing.
• Experience managing and leading a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns, testing, and code review.
• Familiarity with backend development technologies, such as APIs and databases.
• Have knowledge about RESTful, JSON, Socket / Websocket
• Familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Basic communication in English.
