Mô tả công việc

1.Teacher Supply Management
Ensure newly onboarded teachers mark their slots promptly.
Identify inactive teachers, understand blockers, and encourage participation through targeted outreach.
Work with internal teams to optimize teacher availability, ensuring a balanced distribution of demo classes.
Monitor teacher schedules, identifying gaps, peak hours, and demand fluctuations to improve efficiency for hiring requests.
Collaborate with Hiring team to fill teacher pipeline gaps based on real-time demand insights.
Implement retention strategies for new teachers within their first 30 days, identifying challenges that lead to disengagement.
2. New Onboarding Teacher Success
Implement retention strategies for new teachers within their first 30 days to reduce disengagement.
Work on teacher performance monitoring, ensuring those with low conversion rates or poor participation receive the necessary interventions (or termination if needed).
3. Teacher Earnings & Issue Resolution
Address and resolve teacher payment and earnings-related issues.
Respond to teacher concerns regarding their earnings, leaves & performance review, ensuring clarity and transparency.
3. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Flexible to travel and work across centers as needed.
