1.Job Description:
Business Development (BD):
Understand the brand's business objectives, category and product portfolio to propose suitable sales solutions: livestream, KOL booking, affiliate, and bundled services.
Build proposals and service packages tailored to each client's objectives and budget.
Present, negotiate and close contracts directly with brands.
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships; proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
Proactively propose new sales models, service packages or approaches based on platform insights.
Account Management (Account):
Track key platform metrics (GMV, orders, AOV, conversion rate, ROAS) and livestream performance to optimize project results.
Analyze platform and competitor data to spot best-selling products and trends.
Plan livestream schedules and coordinate projects from kick-off to completion to meet committed KPIs.
Manage project Margin and P&L, handle reporting, reconciliation and acceptance.
Work closely with internal teams (KOL/Creator, Livestream Operation, Content, Creative, Planning, Finance, Legal...) and contribute ideas to improve workflows.
2.Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience as an E-commerce Executive, Key Account, Account or B2B Sales in the e-commerce field at an MCN, agency or brand.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in e-commerce platform operations (TikTok Shop, Shopee preferred); able to read dashboards and platform data, and analyze best-selling products and competitors.
Strong command of business metrics (GMV, AOV, CR, ROAS, Margin, P&L); able to build project cost and profit spreadsheets independently.
Experience in preparing proposals, presenting and negotiating directly with clients.
Good English reading and communication skills for work.
