Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation & Monitoring: Execute project components according to the plan, ensuring progress and quality meet client requirements.
Design Coordination & Ideation: Support proposal development, present ideas, and collaborate with Creative and Operation departments for project execution.
Financial Planning & Negotiation: Estimate costs, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with clients.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate communication.
Payment Tracking: Coordinate with the Accounting department to monitor and manage client payment status and outstanding debts.
Reporting & Strategy Adjustments: Update project progress, report to supervisors, and proactively propose plan adjustments when necessary.
Internal Coordination: Act as a bridge between departments to ensure seamless and efficient project implementation.
Professional Development: Proactively learn, suggest workflow improvements, and enhance personal skills.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Events, Communications, or related fields.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (strong command of all 4 skills preferred).
Soft Skills: Excellent planning, teamwork, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Mindset: Creative thinker with the ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of branding activities and a clear career orientation.
Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
