Mô tả công việc
• Manages, understands and acts on client requests and needs. Develops and maintains good client and partner agency relationships: Day to day communications with clients; briefing and de-briefing
• Handle project timeline and management: ensure work to run smoothly; quality check and control to ensure alignment with project's requirement
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation
• Have good sense of content and visual: including working with designers for creative direction ideas and supporting with content plans & directions
• Reporting: Campaign reporting to ensure the deliverable, performance and KPI's achievement
• Preparing cost estimates for client & acquiring quotations from third parties while managing campaign expenses effectively
• Involving in the process of strategic planning, contributing creative ideas, execution etc.

Yêu cầu
• Above 1 year-experience in marketing / communications field.
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Good at MS PowerPoint/ Excel for preparing presentations, quotations
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Be proactive, highly motivated, result-oriented; demonstrate the ability and desire to work independently and be a team player
• Good sense of content and wordings
