Responsibilities:
Working closely with clients on a daily basis to ensure all projects are running according to agreed timeline and all materials are delivered timely.
Managing & liaising with relevant third parties to manage the quality of communication materials before submitting to the client.
Developing the proposal (partly or wholesome) under the direction of the line manager.
Preparing cost estimates for client & acquiring quotations from third parties.
Working closely with local and international media, individuals and other organizations.
Supervising and collaborating with a team of content to prepare all communications content required by the clients.
Working closely with various departments (majorly account and planning) to develop communication content.
Working directly with the client to prepare and adjust content based on clients' requests.
Collaborating with account teams, planning team to prepare all communications content required by projects.
Managing social fan-pages and groups.
Preparing timeline & content schedule.
Engaging with social conversations on clients' fan-pages & groups to ensure 24 hour response rate on all social platforms.
Engaging & managing key influencers.
Coordinate and manage projects from planning to completion.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Understanding of digital / social way of working.
Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Business acumen, commercial mindset, high entrepreneurship.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
