Project implimentation & adminstration.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Day-to-day administration of accounts (work flow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, payments, liquidations etc), delights clients with the accuracy and timeliness of work.
Work under supervision to implimenting assigned project executions and ensure deliverables are completed on time & creative quality standard.
Preparing, presenting & monitoring project timeline, report & other documents per required.
Receive client's request, feedbacks.
Discuss & consult agency's offer/ recommendation with supervisor and internal team.
Ensuring messages/ information/ documents from client are channeled to the internal agcency's teams accurately, timely and vise versa.
Make sure that the clients' issues/ opportunities are identified in timely manner.
Ensuring accurate completion and authorization of initiating and supporting documentation
Filling & documenting, stored all project documents, materials in right order & right place.
Performing tasks as delegated by assigned supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelors.
At least 1 year (AE) in advertising field and creative agency.
Excellent in communication skill. Proactive dynamic and professional.
Be well-organized, maintaining complete, comprehensive, and easily accessible data libraries.
Attentive to detail, ensuring that all supporting documentation is accurately complete and authorized.
With a "passion" for the advertising.
