1. Client Management & Account Servicing
Serve as the key day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted working relationships.
Understand client objectives, requirements, and expectations to support effective project planning and execution.
Support the
Account Manager / Account Director in preparing proposals, timelines, quotations, work plans, and client presentations.
Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage client feedback, resolve issues proactively, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
2. Project Management & Campaign Execution
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions to ensure efficient execution.
Monitor project progress closely and identify risks, issues, or delays early, with timely escalation where needed.
Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards, client requirements, and brand guidelines.
Support the team in managing quotations, budgets, and operational processes to ensure cost control and execution efficiency.
3. POSM Development & Execution
Coordinate the development, production, and deployment of POSM materials for client campaigns and activations.
Work closely with creative, production, procurement, and vendor teams to ensure POSM is delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
Monitor POSM quality, specifications, quantity, and installation to ensure alignment with approved concepts and brand guidelines.
Follow through on production timelines and troubleshoot execution issues related to POSM delivery and implementation.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track project performance, campaign results, and key KPIs to ensure execution effectiveness.
Prepare post-campaign reports, including performance analysis, key learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor budget utilization and support financial reconciliation of assigned projects.
Maintain organized project documentation, status updates, and reporting for both clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Market Understanding & Continuous Improvement
Stay informed about market trends, shopper behavior, retail dynamics, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, service quality, and client solutions.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth through excellent delivery.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account servicing, client management, project management, or campaign execution within a marketing agency, execution agency, retail solutions company, or related industry.
Hands-on experience working with FMCG, retail,
trade marketing, activation, field operations, or experiential marketing clients is strongly preferred.
Practical experience in managing POSM development, production, and execution is required.
Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and production partners for campaign materials and on-ground execution is a strong advantage.
Proven experience in handling multiple projects and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
