Account Intern/Trainee

SUMMARY
An Account Intern/Trainee will assist the Account team in project development and execution in a timely and accurate manner by coordinating all activities, communications, and logistics with Internal Teams, Suppliers, and Media to implement of campaign effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Support proposal development by working with internal teams to produce the best outputs
● Support the Account team in managing project scope and timelines
● Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables
● In charge of scouting, building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines.
● Work with other internal departments such as Strategic Planning/Creative/ Social to streamline processes and improve efficiency
● Administrative tasks under the manager's direction: setting up meetings, checking, records, contracts, paperwork, etc.
● Prepare reports for the client and internal team
QUALIFIATION
● Passionate in marketing, specifically advertising and communication
● University background in Marketing, Communications, or related majors. Last year students or Fresh graduates and less than 1 year of working experience are much preferred.
● Must be able to work full-time and on-site
● Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is a must
● Proactive, detail-oriented, logical thinking and problem-solving, strong ownership, and a "can-do" attitude
