REDCarpet Agency is an integrated agency specializing in creative experience since 2016. We provide comprehensive solutions in the field of strategic and creative thinking across every platform from Digital/ PR to Event services that resonate with our clients to advance the businesses.
As a result of our growth and success, we are looking for a Account Intern to join our team, working across some of the interesting brands.
Job Description
Follow up documents between customers or suppliers/vendors and company that related to the jobs (including the printing out, submitting to stakeholders, get the signatures,...);
Follow up the payment process including invoice, minutes of acceptance, liquidation and other internal documents;
Manage fanpages & social post of the projects.
Support reporting and following up with projects;
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements
Full-time Internship: 4-6 months;
Careful, detail oriented, well-organized and patient;
Smart in way of working;
Good at English (especially in reading and writing);
Good at time management;
Have interest in Automobile Industry;
Proficient in computer skill, Microsoft office;
Enthusiastic, responsible, hard-working, quick action;
Good communication skill
Good teamwork coordination
Strict attention to detail
Highly organized & self-motivated
Problem solving, time management skills
Work under pressure & short time
Excellent command of English and Vietnamese
