JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Management (80%)
Manage the implementation of jobs in accordance with the capacity and nature of the project, ensuring the progress and quality of the assigned work as committed with Line Manager, Clients and Partners.
Working with stakeholders to implement the project (external / internal); Prepare and manage contract documents and payments (if any).
Build & maintain relationships with partners.Identify, explore, listing KOLs/Communities in different categories (e.g. fashion & beauty, travel, finance, marriage & relationship, health, parenting, etc.) for each project requires.
Prepare the contracts with clear terms and conditions, follow up with payment process during and after the campaigns
Track performance and do reports on required basis (e.g. campaign based, monthly, etc.)
Involve in internal projects to promote company products (seasonal campaigns, films, shows,...)
The other relevant tasks from the Line Managers
Planning (20%)
Coordinate with the other departments to handle and learn the project implementation requirements (brief) from Clients.
Contributing ideas, jointly performing appropriate tasks according to capacity in the process of developing proposal & quotation.
REQUIREMENT
Last-year university students are preferred.
Ability to work on multiple projects with short deadlines
Analytical skills and critical thinking.
Good communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations.
Good understanding of social media platforms & trend-catching (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok...) and Influencer.
Ready to commit for at least 03 months of full-time internship
Able to proficiently use working tools (Google Sheet, Slides, Doc ...). Other creative tools are a plus.
