SUMMARY
Job Title: Account Intern
Work Experience: From 06 months to 1 year experience in a similar position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam
Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage your industry-specific experience in healthcare (Pharmaceutical/Medical Device) and/or digital agency to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
Data report processing: Extract data from dashboard and map to aligned report template.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of reading reports and data, providing valuable insights to clients.
Hotline Management: Make and receive calls to follow up with HCPs at every step of the completion process.
Technical Issue Documentation: Recording and tracking tech issues reported by HCPs/Clients.
Maintain and update internal and HCPs/Clients trackers for efficient project management.
Provide support to the team on internal projects, deliverables, and presentations as required.
Provide administrative support for billing and accounts-related processes.

REQUIREMENTS
Commitment to a 6-Month internship.
From 06 months to 1 year experience in a similar position.
Strong Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills and ability to handle data reports.
Diligence, attention to detail, and a proactive work attitude.
Clear speaking voice with good communication skills.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve basic technical issues.
