Task Coordination: Monitor and track task progress across 3 main client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are on schedule and flagged when at risk.
Client Support: Assist in preparing meeting agendas, call notes, status updates, and client-facing reports under the guidance of the
Account Manager.
Internal Communication: Liaise with internal teams (Media, Creative, SEO) to relay briefs, collect updates, and ensure smooth cross-team coordination.
Reporting & Data: Compile weekly and monthly performance summaries, consolidate data from multiple platforms, and format reports for review.
Administrative Tasks: Manage content calendars, approval trackers, file organization, and other operational support tasks.
Campaign Monitoring: Keep an eye on live campaigns and flag any anomalies, budget concerns, or creative issues to the relevant team member promptly.
Must Have
Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Conversational to proficient English - able to read English briefs, tools, and reports, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally with the team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
Proactive attitude - you ask questions, take initiative, and follow through
Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic digital tools
Nice to Have
Prior exposure to any
digital marketing channel (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Content, or Social Media)
Experience using project management or CRM tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, ClickUp, GoHighLevel)
Basic understanding of campaign metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS
Good visual sense and ability to review creative assets against a brief
English Requirement
This role requires a good command of English in a professional context. You should be comfortable reading English documentation, tool interfaces, and client materials, as well as communicating via email or in meetings. A minimum conversational level is required; proficiency is a strong plus.
