1. Responsibility
Account Manager (40%)
- Follow the Sales Manager to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and project-related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
Sales Admin (60%)
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales contracts, project handover documents,...
- Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed, including but not limited to data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Managing customer accounts, including updating customer information and maintaining sales records.
- Coordinating sales meetings and appointments, including scheduling and logistics.
- Handling inquiries and providing support to customers regarding products or services.
2.Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent
- Experience in legal matters, contract management, and documentation related to IT projects (project-based, label)
- Experience working with software vendors
- Strong office computing skills, especially in Google Sheets, Excel, with familiarity with HubSpot being an advantage
3.Benefit
- Income: Upto $550/month
- 13th-month salary

Working time:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 8am - 30pm
