Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market / VIP merchants, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring effective product adoption.
Proactively conduct regular check-ins to understand customer needs, expansion plans, pain points, and growth opportunities.
Provide tailored solutions based on real use cases within the Shopify / eCommerce / SaaS ecosystem.
Deliver product demos, guide onboarding, and support customers in optimizing product usage.
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the product ecosystem (Blockify, Synctrack).
Manage the sales pipeline in CRM, track activities, and report weekly revenue forecasts.
Collaborate with Product and Support teams to handle advanced customer requests.
Support win-back initiatives for churned customers or accounts showing declining usage.
Collect customer insights and feedback to contribute to product improvements.
Work closely with Marketing to develop case studies from successful customer stories.
Must have:
At least 1.5 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager, Customer Success, B2B Sales,
Business Development, or equivalent.
Experience working directly with business clients / brands.
Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or managing revenue-generating accounts is a strong advantage.
Strong English communication skills.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of the Shopify / eCommerce / SaaS ecosystem.
Familiarity with key eCommerce metrics such as GMV, Conversion Rate, AOV.
Understanding of online customer behavior and business models (Dropshipping, POD, Brand).

Ability to perform solution selling (consultative approach, not just transactional sales).
Strong research and customer analysis skills.
Negotiation skills and ability to design incentives (commission structures, deal terms).
