About the Role:
As a crucial member of our team, you will join as an Entry Level Business Development Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in our partner acquisition and retention strategy for Vietnam. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and nurturing a diverse portfolio of partners, providing tailored support, conducting market analyses, and delivering product education to achieve targets within your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Expand our presence in the online financial market by participating in offline initiatives such as events, seminars, and expos to acquire new partners.
• Identify and establish connections with potential clients, contribute to the growth of existing partners, and drive profitability and sales.
• Assist in building partner confidence by personally meeting with them when required.
• Provide valuable market feedback to the management team.
• Analyze marketing trends, monitor competitors' activities, and contribute insights to refine operational and marketing strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with partners.
• Strive to exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
• Support the organization of educational events.
• Offer reactive daily support to all company partners.
• Participate in marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion.

Yêu cầu công việc
• A university degree in a relevant financial or commercial discipline is advantageous but not required.
• Previous experience in financial services/investment (forex, crypto, fund, etc.) and banking industry is a plus.
• A results-oriented and dynamic individual.
• Possesses a positive attitude, adaptability, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer relations.
• Proficient in planning, forecasting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• English proficiency is advantageous.
