Job description:
Our Account Managers are relationship builders. They form an indestructible bond between our clients and us. Guardians who strive to uphold every brand's ethos, they are always doing the right thing even when it's easier not to. Unafraid to speak their mind, they are prepared to face the darkest moments and come out stronger.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage assigned clients
Discuss and identify clients' communications needs
Work closely with the wider consortium to deliver 360 solutions
Identify client growth opportunities
Help ensure campaigns reach its performance goals
Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
Day-to-day activities will change constantly to meet business growth
Keenly monitor campaigns with the aim to optimise results
Maintain accurate records of budgets, contact reports, campaign reports, etc.
Customise new business proposals that are meaningful and compelling
3. Qualifications:
At least 3 years' experience in an advertising agency or related field
Proficient in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Strong skills in digital and digital marketing
Possess strong project management skills
Have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well-organised and able to multitask accurately
Understanding of branding and communications preferred
Microsoft office proficiency
Be energetic and passionate with a can-do spirit
