DUTIES:
BUILD UP CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS:
● Develop and maintain sustainable long-term customer relationships.
● Identify new business opportunities, and expand potential markets to ensure KPIs and increase sales.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION & REPORT:
● Forecast industry trends to devise effective marketing strategies for customers and better understand their operations.
● Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with the team member to develop campaign strategies that meet the client's brief and budget.
● Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients, briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts.
● Execution & Optimization: Deploy and manage AWO campaigns on Facebook and TikTok. Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
● Collaborate with internal teams (creative,
purchasing, planner...) to control quality standards.
● Exchange information and answer customer requests, ensure progress, and deliver quality jobs to meet their needs.
● Monitor and moderate balance sheets, and evaluate results at each stage to ensure smooth cash flow for each project.
● Assist in resolving challenge and complicate customer requests or critical situations as needed
● Provide reports to AD and BOD.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
● Checking and evaluating personal capacity
● Develop Training and Developing documents/curriculum related to key skills and expertise.
● Conducting staff training programs within the team
● Manage 3-4 team members
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Graduated from University/College with majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications....
Experience: Having at least 4 years in the Account Management field at advertising agencies and 1 years of experience in an Account Supervisor position, along with the Influencer Marketing industry.
Skills & Knowledge:
● Strong relationships with KOLs and Influencers
● Market Analysis & Research; Customer experience understanding.
● Have basic understanding of finance, human resources, etc.
● Good English communication

● Leadership skills, team members manage
● Independent work, handling pressure.
