Mô tả công việc
Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize sales.
Details responsibilities:
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Provide account management to existing accounts while identifying client needs for additional products to maximize up sales and to meet customer expectation.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Obtain testimonial & reference from satisfied customer to support for increasing sales.
• Utilize analytical research tools and resources to more effectively target your prospects.
• Organization of seminar to introduce clients with products and our modern, state-of-the-art technology facilities.
• Quote prices, convey credit terms, and prepare sales contracts.
• Coordinate with admin team to investigate and resolve customer issues; follow-up on deliveries and back-ordered items.
• Work with accounts team to ensure that customers pay invoices within agreed upon terms.
• Submit sales reports and forecast in a timely manner (Monthly sales results and forecast)
Key figures:
• Customer relationship, Collections
• Number of customer visits TMC and its branches.
• Number of packages sold to customer.
• Number of new customers.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial or relevant disciplines
3-5 years of Sales experience in the Hospitality or Healthcare related industry. Minimum 1 year Sales/Account management experience.
Solid customer management and relationship management, result driven.
Leadership skills and capability to managing peers and customers.
Highly presentation skills.
Solid sales skills and private primary care market knowledge
Strategic thinking, business acumen
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
MS Office, MS Project, CRM is a plus.
3-5 years of Sales experience in the Hospitality or Healthcare related industry. Minimum 1 year Sales/Account management experience.
