Monitor portfolio of assigned clients by engaging with clients to ensure products/services performance
Recommend and introduce new complimentary products/services to clients
Find new client prospect to generate revenue stream from new accounts
Prepare response to clients such as legal documents, pricing negotiation, product roll-out, launching timeline, etc.
Lead the delivery of validated solutions while working with other important partners, stakeholders in the company and Bank/FIs/Non-FIs clients
Manage project planning including scope of work and timeline to deliver on time
Manage daily operation tasks such as relationship management and client support
Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams on projects, new businesses to provide better product/services to meet desired targets of new/existing clients
Prepare and gather project requirements and product backlogs for each deployment
Analyze and prepare various reports relating to current projects, product developments and sales performance
Understand and following new Government Regulations to ensure the stability of services for clients

1. Must have:
At least +2 years' commercial experienced in the Financial related industry (Banking, Consumer Finance, Micro Finance, e-Commerce...etc)
Ability to resolve conflicts, manage crises and solve problems, withstand pressure, work efficiently, set priorities and organize management time among numerous accounts needing urgent attention simultaneously, with initiative, creativity, resourcefulness, analytical ability, energy, and determination to execute and win.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing to conduct meetings between parties
Ability and willingness to exercise initiative, make decisions, exercise responsibility, and accept accountability for actions are taken / decisions made
Fluently in English
2. Plus points:
Experienced in working in Fintech
Experienced in the digital financial industry especially in risk or product management including different type of products such as UPL, credit card, consumer durable loans and other similar products.
Experienced with process evaluation
Extroverted and enthusiastic person
